Priyanka Redkar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and employee development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of HR at 1 Finance since July 2022, Priyanka focuses on enhancing employee experience and cultivating a values-driven culture. Prior to this, Priyanka held the position of Assistant Vice President at Edelweiss Wealth Management, where responsibilities expanded to include leading a nationwide team of HR business partners and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. Earlier experiences include roles at Edelweiss Financial Services and RBL Bank, specializing in learning and organizational development. Priyanka's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sathaye College, Mumbai University.
