Smart Onwughara

Smart ONWUGHARA has diverse experience in education and human resources, currently serving as an Education Mentor at HP since June 2022 and as a Black Belt at 1 Million Teachers since December 2018. Smart has held the position of Educational Consultant and Human Resources Manager at Calvary Group of Schools in Ibadan since September 2015, previously working as the Human Resources Manager until August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as High School Principal at Calvary International College from September 2010 to September 2015. Smart holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, obtained between 1993 and 2001, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, having studied Human Resources Management from 2019 to 2020.
