Jasmin Thomson

Jasmin Thomson, PhD, is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and effectiveness. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at 100 Coaches and a Senior Consultant for Leadership Development at Kaiser Permanente in the Southern California Region, Jasmin has a strong background in managing engagement strategies and leadership transformation. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where Jasmin successfully implemented leadership competencies and development programs, and Program Director at Distance Learning Providers, where Jasmin developed workforce plans and change management systems. Consulting work at Xirrus and Goodwill Southern California focused on needs analyses and employee training initiatives. Jasmin holds a PhD in Industrial Organization Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
