Cressida Stephenson

Cressida Stephenson is a talented professional with extensive experience in talent management and disability inclusion. Currently hosting free weekly Disability Confident Workshops on LinkedIn since May 2024, Cressida aims to raise awareness of the UK's Disability Confident Scheme among employers. As the CEO and Founder of EdenChase Associates Ltd since June 2015, Cressida specializes in guiding clients through their Disability Confident journeys to foster inclusive workplaces.
