Who are we looking for?
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.
You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
What you'll do:
Understand the contract including service outcomes, scope, timelines and resource required
Issue supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets
Providing administration support for the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors
Managing inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns
Updating all systems required for the service including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity and Mintsoft
Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief
Supporting the communication of service status, milestones and risks and issues
Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
