Damon Rocco

Damon Rocco has an extensive background in software engineering and game development. Damon is currently working as the Director of Engineering at 100 Thieves, where they are involved in Project X. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Server Engineer at 31st Union from 2019 to 2022. Damon also served as the Lead Server Engineer at nWay Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where they worked on various titles including Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid and Power Rangers: Legacy Wars. Damon was responsible for netcode development for both mobile and console fighting games. Earlier in their career, Damon held roles at NEXON M, Crittercism, Brothersport Games, Bioware, Electronic Arts, and MusicLoveLife, where they gained experience in server architecture, game development, and programming.

Damon Rocco attended Germantown Friends School from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their high school education. Following their high school graduation, Damon enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. Damon pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in Digital Media Design for four years, completing their education at the university in 2011.
