Anne Keys

Anne Keys is an experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years in the industry, currently serving as the Managing Partner at The Panel since November 1997. Specializing in CEO/MD, c-suite, ESG and Sustainability, Head of Function, and iNEDs roles within the funds, investment management, and ManCos sectors, Anne possesses detailed technical knowledge in these areas. In addition, Anne is a founding member and a steering committee member of 100 Women In Finance, a global network dedicated to empowering women in the finance and alternative investment industries. Anne holds an MA in European Social Policy Analysis and a BA in Sociology and Geography from Maynooth University.
