Lara Morgan Rush

Lara Morgan Rush, CFRE, is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a strong background in nonprofit organizations focused on social equity and educational access. Currently serving as the Regional Director for 10,000 Degrees in San Francisco, Lara has a proven track record in leadership roles, including Director of Development at Equal Rights Advocates and as a consultant through Lara Morgan Consulting, providing strategic fundraising support to various organizations. With expertise in designing fundraising strategies, donor cultivation, and board training, Lara has successfully managed development plans for multiple nonprofits, including Global Student Embassy and Women's Audio Mission. Lara holds a Master's Degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Anthropology, Law, and Gender Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
