Bonnie Schmidt

Bonnie leads a team charged with all aspects of HR functions including culture development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, organizational design, talent development systems, HRIS, executive coaching and project management. She has over 25 years of experience building people strategies and leading teams through various stages of business maturity in multiple industries including medtech, pharmaceutical commercialization, biotech, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining 1010data, Bonnie was the SVP, HR for Allied BioScience, where she developed the HR infrastructure and prepared the company for product commercialization. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and obtained her Masters Degree from the University of Scranton. She is a proud and active member of CHIEF, a private network supporting and developing women executive leaders.
