Wade Curtis

Wade Curtis, MBA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and real estate investment. As the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of 1031 Crowdfunding, LLC since June 2014, Wade has demonstrated expertise in corporate financial projections, underwriting, and executive report generation. Previously, as a Senior Capital Markets Analyst at Healthcare Real Estate Group, Wade developed corporate strategies for private equity funds transitioning to public trading, honing skills in securities offerings and business plan development. Wade's earlier roles include Universal Banker at U.S. Bank and Owner/Private Tutor, alongside an undergraduate research assistant position at UC Irvine focusing on astrophysical research. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC Irvine and an MBA from Biola University's Crowell School of Business.
