Mike Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at 10K Advisors since February 2019. 10K Advisors is a consultancy that provides companies with access to Salesforce talent. Prior to this, Mike held various roles at Appirio, a global services company. Before entering the Salesforce ecosystem, Mike worked at Infowelders as a Project Manager, implementing Salesforce for clients. The company was later acquired by Appirio. Mike also worked as a Sales Engineer at Kaplan Compliance Solutions from June 2008 to September 2010, where they presented product demos and managed sales operations.

Prior to this, Mike worked as a Business Analyst and Process Engineer at ProTrans International from July 2006 to May 2008, where they focused on improving business processes.

Overall, Mike Martin has a wealth of experience in Salesforce consulting, project management, technical leadership, and community involvement.

Mike Martin received their education from various institutions. Mike attended Franklin Community High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained an Indiana Honors Diploma in General Studies. Following their high school graduation, they attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Mike then pursued further education at the same institute and obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from 2004 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained multiple certifications in Salesforce. Mike became a Salesforce Certified Associate and a Salesforce Certified Sales Professional in May 2023. Some of their earlier certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator which were obtained between 2009 and 2012. Mike also holds a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Consultant obtained in December 2010. Furthermore, they completed the Drucker School MBA Essentials for Salesforce program at Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, although the month and year of completion are not specified.
