The project is for a virtual healthcare platform that provides integrated and advanced non-operative spine and musculoskeletal care. The goal is to provide patients with a convenient, affordable, and effective way to manage their pain and improve their quality of life.
About the role
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Python Developer with experience in Django for one of our US fintech clients. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend components of a Fintech application.
What we are looking for
- Develop and maintain backend components using Python and Django framework for seamless integration with the frontend.
- Implement APIs and integrate third-party services, such as Docusign, to enable document signing and management within the Investor Portal.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the Investor Portal by implementing best practices and conducting thorough testing.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs, as well as optimize the application for a smooth user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to frontend and backend development.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of the Investor Portal application on production servers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge and experience in backend development using Python and Django framework.
- Familiarity with API development and integration, including working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience in integrating and utilizing third-party services, such as Docusign, for document signing and management.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code
