Ashley Block is the Director of Account Strategy at 10up. Prior to this, they were the Director of Account Management at TLC Marketing Worldwide from November 2013 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing US Operations and Client Services for TLC, a consumer rewards marketing agency. Ashley provided leadership and inspiration to a team of client service managers responsible for delivering promotional campaigns to the world’s leading brands. In addition, they performed checks and balances on all projects, including on-going budget review to monitor campaign financials while identifying and troubleshooting issues. Ashley also promoted internal cross department collaboration to help improve communication, foster strong relationships, share ideas, and create a feedback loop for professional development. Furthermore, they cultivated external relationships in order to better understand client needs and industry trends, ultimately driving repeat business while helping clients achieve their goals. Lastly, they produced campaign evaluations to understand performance, analyze data and uncover future insights.
