With 12 years of recruiting experience in the eCommerce/digital agency space, Heather works with prospective candidates and teams to find the best fits and to build a team of world class talent. She enjoys learning about people and what motivates them. Her passion is helping to build a culture that makes work life feel like so much more than just a job.

Heather graduated from Miami University with a marketing degree. Her career path has taken her through a variety of roles in the HR space including recruiting and benefits. She has taken 2 start-up tech companies through periods of aggressive growth and evolution of their business models to become trusted leaders in their space.
