Jan Becker

Jan Becker is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience across multiple ventures. As a founding partner at 10x Group since 2013, Jan focuses on investing in strong founding teams at the second seed stage, particularly in B2C internet companies and B2B enterprise software. In addition to 10x Group, Jan co-founded 10x Founders, a network-driven investor engaging with early-stage tech companies, and holds a similar role at FLEX Capital, a private equity fund targeting high-growth tech pioneers in the German Mittelstand. Jan also serves as a co-founding investor and board member at enmacc and is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Previous roles include CEO at FriendScout24 and business development positions at Scout24 Holding and Lycos Europe. Jan holds a Diplom in Applied Economics from The University of Freiburg and furthered studies at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
