Jason Bell

Jason Bell is a seasoned professional in technology strategy and molecular biology, currently serving as the Director of Technology Strategy at 10x Genomics since December 2017. With a strong background in research and development, Jason has successfully led initiatives that integrated innovative concepts and technologies, such as the acquisition of Tetramer Shop and companies like Cartana and Readcoor. Previous roles include Associate Director and Senior Scientist within 10x Genomics, where Jason contributed significantly to single-cell assay technologies. Jason's academic credentials include a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University and a PhD from the University of California, Davis in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology, complemented by early research experiences at Louisiana State University.
