Laurence Livingston

Laurence Livingston is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in both the corporate and military sectors. At 10x Genomics since August 2019, Laurence has served in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Commercial Finance. Prior military service includes over two decades in the U.S. Navy Reserve, culminating as Captain and Commanding Officer with responsibilities for emergency preparedness and strategic planning. Prior to that, Laurence contributed significantly to financial planning and analysis at Johnson & Johnson, leading initiatives that generated substantial savings and improved operational efficiencies. Laurence earned an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, alongside advanced military training in operational art and science.
