Vic Sharma

Vic Sharma has extensive experience in service operations and IT management. Vic currently holds the position of Service Operations Director at 10x Banking, where they oversee global service operations. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Service Operations at the same company. Before joining 10x Banking, Vic worked at Diageo as a Senior Management Consultant, where they led the overhaul of the IT/OT Strategy and organizational design. Vic has also held leadership roles at RPMI, Provident Financial Group, Flix Innovations, Bentley UK, News UK, Jet2, NHS South of Tyne (PCT), and Home Group.
