Alix Fouchard

Alix Fouchard holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at 1&1 Versatel since November 2024, following a tenure as Director of Human Resources for Europe at Luminator Technology Group from March 2022 to October 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Fouchard served as Senior Human Resources Manager at MAX Automation SE and held various senior roles at CEMEX Deutschland AG, including Senior Manager HR Operations HQ & Cement and Senior Manager HR Planning & Development, where responsibilities included HR business partnering, restructuring efforts, and collective agreement negotiations. Earlier professional roles include strategic planning and finance positions at CEMEX Germany and Readymix AG. Alix Fouchard also contributed to AIESEC as Vice President of Human Resources Germany. Fouchard earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bayreuth from 1989 to 1995.
