Michael Goretzki

Michael Goretzki has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Michael is currently serving as the Head of People & Organizational Development at 1&1 Versatel since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles including HR Leader Supply Chain, Germany from December 2021 to April 2023, HR Business Partner from November 2020 to January 2022, and HR Project Manager from August 2018 to October 2020. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, they worked as a Consultant and later as a Junior Consultant at HAGER Executive Consulting GmbH from December 2016 to August 2018.

Michael Goretzki completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Twente in 2011-2015. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the same university, which they completed in 2015-2016.
