Anthony Carlucci

Anthony Carlucci is an experienced Culinary Manager currently with 110 Grill since March 2020, overseeing kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant environment. Previously, Anthony served as a Chef at P & JV Management from December 2016 to August 2021 and as a Sous Chef at Legal Sea Foods from August 2010 to August 2021. Responsibilities throughout these roles included managing kitchen staff and ensuring the completion of daily tasks. Anthony completed education at Franklin High School from 2004 to 2007.
