Carter Huang

Carter Huang has a strong background in finance and auditing. Carter started their career at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor, where they led audit engagements, provided advice on internal controls and financial statements, and analyzed financial data for various clients. After three years, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, where they led teams in conducting audits and assessing the level of compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations. In 2011, they moved to PepsiCo as a Finance and Control Manager, responsible for leading a team, implementing process improvements, and coordinating various projects related to finance and control. Most recently, in 2019, Carter joined 1药网 as a Senior Finance Director.

Carter Huang attended the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Major English with a minor in Finance and Investment. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several additional certifications, including the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute in 2012, the CIA certification from the INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS in 2011, and the CPA certification from the Chinese Institute of the Certified Public Accountant in 2010.
