Cristina Zapata

Cristina Zapata has extensive work experience in talent management and learning and development. Cristina is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent at 11:11 SYSTEMS since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at iland Cloud as the Director of Talent from September 2020 to April 2022 and as the Learning and Development Manager from June 2018 to September 2020. Before that, they were associated with Stewart Title, where they worked as an L&D Specialist II from April 2016 to June 2018 and as an Instructional Designer from September 2013 to April 2016. Cristina also gained experience in instructional design and sales training coordination at Waste Management from August 2012 to September 2013, and in corporate learning as an intern from June 2011 to August 2011.

Cristina Zapata holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance from the University of Houston. Cristina has also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn, and Consulting Skills from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Additionally, they have received training as a Virtual Facilitator & Trainer from NetSpeed Learning Solutions.
