Dan Maloney began their work experience in 2003 at SunGard Availability Services, where they held the role of Senior Recovery Solutions Architect until February 2023. In 2022, they started working at 11:11 Systems as a Senior Client Services Principal.

Dan Maloney attended Archbishop Ryan High School from 1979 to 1983, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Later, they completed an Associate's degree in Information Technology at the CHI Institute in Southampton, PA.
