Leslie Greene

Leslie Greene, PMP, has over 20 years of work experience in leadership roles within the technology and data center industry. As the Director of Strategic Initiatives Data Center at 11:11 SYSTEMS, Leslie collaborates with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies for right-sizing data center capacity. In this role, Leslie successfully designed and executed a program to consolidate multiple floors into a single floor within a one-year timeline.

Prior to this, Leslie served as the Director of Strategic Product Initiatives at Sungard Availability Services, where they managed the strategy and initiatives for a portfolio of data centers and workplace facilities. Leslie successfully led the consolidation and exit of over 30 sites, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. They also provided program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives and handled customer conversations regarding IT environment relocation.

Leslie also worked as a Consulting Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager at Sungard AS, where they successfully delivered large-scale customer implementations and managed complex technology projects for Fortune 500 customers. They have experience in managing matrixed implementation teams, analyzing customer contracts, and ensuring on-time project delivery.

Before joining Sungard AS, Leslie worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Wipro Technologies, where they led a project team dedicated to data center migrations and IT infrastructure enhancements. Leslie successfully consolidated multiple client data centers and built core infrastructure in two data centers.

Leslie began their career at IBM, where they held various roles including Delivery Project Executive and Account Manager. In these roles, Leslie managed outsourcing activities, provided strategic planning and account management, and led cross-functional teams to support the Personal Computing Division of IBM.

Throughout their career, Leslie has proven their ability to lead and deliver successful initiatives in the data center industry, utilizing their expertise in project and program management, strategic planning, and cost optimization.

Leslie Greene, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the East Carolina University - College of Business. In 2010, Leslie obtained the PMP certification from the PMI Mile Hi Chapter.
