Matthew Parsons

Matthew Parsons has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew is currently the Senior Director of Product Management at 11:11 Systems, where they oversee managed services. Prior to that, Matthew was the Founder and Owner of Info-Tech Consulting, LLC. Matthew also worked at Sungard Availability Services, where they held positions such as Director of Network and Security Product Management, Solutions Architect, and Senior Network Engineer. Matthew has extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level networks, as well as working with firewalls, load balancers, routers, and VPNs. Before Sungard, they worked as a Technology Specialist at MassMutual Financial Group, managing the IT department for an agency of over 50 employees. Matthew began their career as a Work Study at DeVry University.

Matthew Parsons attended DeVry University from 2002 to 2006. Matthew obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University in 2004, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management in 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Matthew also holds multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMWare Certified Associate - Digital Business Transformation from VMware, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) from Cisco, and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco.
