Shashank Khanolkar

Shashank Khanolkar has a strong background in the IT industry, with experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shashank currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development & Solutions Engineering at 11:11 SYSTEMS, where they lead a global team of architects and engineers. In this role, Shashank is responsible for designing and implementing products and services for cyber incident recovery and recovery services, as well as managing operating budgets.

Prior to their current position, Shashank worked at Savvis as the Regional Director of Solutions Consulting, where they oversaw the sales enablement function for consulting services, focusing on the financial and media industries. Shashank successfully established and grew the IT Consulting Services offering, generating significant revenue.

From 1999 to 2011, Shashank worked at Verizon, starting as a Senior Manager and eventually leading a 20-member IT Strategy and Planning team. Shashank managed a large budget and directed projects in technology refresh and virtualization for various systems and offerings. Shashank also played a crucial role in planning and executing a comprehensive infrastructure modernization effort, including implementing a unified, cloud-based services delivery infrastructure.
