Traci Lock

Traci Lock has extensive work experience in product management and development roles in the telecommunications and cloud technology industries.

Their most recent position was as the Senior Director of Product Operations and PMO at 11:11 SYSTEMS, where they started in June 2022.

Prior to that, Traci worked at iland Cloud as a Program Manager in Cloud Data Protection and Recovery from May 2021 to June 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at TierPoint as the Director of Product Management and Development, and from 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Product Manager in Cloud and Data Center Product Development at the same company.

At Windstream Enterprise from 2014 to 2015, Traci served as a Senior Consultant in Cloud and Data Center Solutions. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company including Staff Manager, Enterprise Product Management; Marketing Manager, SMB-SOHO Product Marketing; and Product Manager, Core Business Solutions from 2009 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Traci worked at ALLTEL COMMUNICATIONS from 1996 to 2006, holding positions such as Product Manager in Business and Consumer Product Marketing, Implementation and Technical Implementation Manager, and Workforce Management Planner.

Traci Lock holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Business Organizational Management from John Brown University.
