Renske Gilissen

Renske Gilissen has extensive work experience in the field of research and suicide prevention. Renske began their career in 2008 as an Epidemiological Researcher at GGD Den Haag, where they worked until 2016. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Researcher at 113 Zelfmoordpreventie before transitioning to Manager of Research later that year. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Head of the Research Department at 113 Zelfmoordpreventie, where they led a team of over 15 employees.

Renske Gilissen completed their education at Leiden University. Renske attained a Master of Science degree in Biology from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pedagogische wetenschappen, completing it in 2008.
