Jessica Mcdonnell

Jessica McDonnell is an accomplished professional with experience in client services and education. Currently serving as an Account Executive at 116 & West since April 2021, Jessica leads client projects and acts as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Account Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating project tasks and collaborating with various agency departments. Jessica’s experience at Principal Financial Group as a Client Service Associate involved maintaining strong relationships with retirement plan clients. Earlier in the career, Jessica was an Elementary School Teacher at St Aloysius Catholic Primary School, focusing on developing engaging lesson plans and fostering a positive classroom environment. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eastern Washington University.
