Doug Munson

Doug Munson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance at the 1199 National Benefit Fund since December 2002, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Vitech's V3 Funds Management software and overseeing contract management for the Pension and Benefit funds of the 1199/SEIU Health Care Workers’ Union. Previous experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Munson Consulting, a Circulation Business Manager at the New York Daily News, and various business management positions at Psychology Today Magazine, People Magazine, and Time Inc. Doug Munson co-founded and served as General Manager of The Company Theater, a not-for-profit repertory theater company. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and attendance at The Charles Wright Academy and The Juilliard School, along with studies at Tufts University.
