EJ Torres is an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager at 11Residential since August 2023, previously serving as a Community Engineering Manager at Core Spaces where management of a new 25-story luxury high-rise building was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes service management roles at Fairfield Residential overseeing maintenance for luxury mid-rise properties and property management at PTLA Real Estate Group.
