Charles Devita, M.P.H has a diverse range of work experience in strategy and healthcare consulting. Charles is currently a Senior Manager of Strategy and Innovation at 11TEN Innovation Partners. Charles also worked as a Consultant at Yale New Haven Health, leading initiatives around strategic planning and was assigned to the Neuroscience and Spine services lines. Charles pursued their MPH at Yale School of Public Health and gained experience as a Senior Consulting Associate at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, they worked at Cigna in various roles within their Operations Leadership Program, including Provider Services Business Lead and Client Account Support Specialist. Prior to that, they served as an Independent Researcher at the Danish Institute for Health Services Research, conducting research on healthcare IT systems in Denmark and Sweden.
