Anthony Pennacchio

Anthony Pennacchio, MBA, CSA, CHBC, is an experienced Executive Director currently leading 12 Oaks Senior Living since April 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director of Operations at Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, managing oversight of critical support services, and positions at Atria Senior Living where Anthony focused on independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Anthony also served as Executive Director at Memory Gardens Memorial Park and Promenade Senior Living, overseeing operational strategies and redevelopment projects, respectively. In earlier roles, Anthony managed dental public health programs at the New York State Department of Health, demonstrating leadership within various healthcare sectors. Anthony holds an MBA in Finance and Healthcare and a BS in Dental Hygiene and Biology.
