Melody Lam

Melody Lam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Vice President of HR Service Delivery at 123Dentist since August 2025. Prior to this role, Melody held the position of Director of Total Rewards and HR Systems at STEMCELL Technologies from April 2023 to July 2025, where leadership encompassed global compensation, benefits, HR operations, and projects for a workforce spanning 16 countries. From April 2021 to April 2023, Melody was the Director of HR Systems, Payroll, and Benefits at Langara College, overseeing various functions within the People & Culture team, including employee wellness and leadership development. Earlier, from July 2018 to March 2021, Melody managed total rewards at the Vancouver Airport Authority. Melody's career began at Willis Towers Watson, progressing through various roles including Associate Director in the Rewards line of business for over a decade.
