Hallie Donovan

Hallie Donovan has extensive experience in human resources and payroll operations, having held various senior leadership positions primarily at Prudential Financial from August 2015 to October 2022, where roles included Vice President of Global HR/Payroll Operations & Service Delivery and Vice President of Global Service Delivery & Data Management. Prior to Prudential, Hallie served as Board President for SPJBC - Women's Auxiliary from January 2013 to September 2019 and held multiple significant roles at CIT from August 1998 to December 2012, including Head of Global HR Services, where Hallie led major transformations in HR shared services. Earlier career experience includes the role of HRIS Manager at HIP Greater New York. Throughout Hallie's career, expertise includes ADP Payroll, HR software, analytical skills, and process improvement, demonstrating a strong capability in managing HR technology solutions and service delivery.
