Sandra Morrison

Sandra Morrison has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at 123Dentist, where they lead a dynamic HR team and implements strategic and operational initiatives across Canada. Sandra has a strong background in payroll and human resources, as they have worked as an Instructor and Presenter of PDS Seminars at The Canadian Payroll Association since 2006. Additionally, they have held leadership positions such as Chair of the Board of Directors and CPA Board of Director at The Canadian Payroll Association. Sandra has also contributed their expertise to organizations like Douglas College, Options Community Services, First Nations Health Authority, Canfor, Retirement Concepts, City of Coquitlam, Wesbild Holdings, and Coast Mountain Bus Company. Their roles in these organizations have allowed their to gain experience in various aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, and payroll management. Sandra Morrison has a strong education background in various fields. In 1991, they attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University where they studied Accounting and Finance, focusing on 2nd Year Accounting. Sandra then pursued a degree in Human Resources at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007. In 1998, they obtained a Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation from Douglas College. In 2017, Sandra attended CSAE for Chief Staff & Administrative Officers Training. Currently, they are working towards a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation at the Society of Human Resources Management, which they started in 2018.
