Position Overview: As the Brand Director at 12th Tribe, you will spearhead the development and execution of our brand strategy. Your focus will encompass influencer/ambassador and affiliate programs, PR and communications, events, photoshoots, creative direction, graphic design, and brand asset management. With a deep understanding of our brand ethos and the fashion industry, you will leverage your expertise to elevate our presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our adventurous and fashion-forward audience.
    • Collaborate with our PR agency to craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our brand values.
  • Influencer/Ambassador and Affiliate Programs:
    • Develop and manage influencer/ambassador programs, establishing strategic partnerships that amplify our brand presence.
    • Strategize and implement affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Budget Negotiation and Management:
    • Negotiate and manage budgets for influencer collaborations, photoshoots, events, PR campaigns, and creative projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • PR and Communication:
    • Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis management, to maintain positive brand perception.
    • Ensure all communication channels reflect our brand's unique voice and resonate with our target market.
  • Events, Photoshoots, and Creative Direction:
    • Lead the planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and video productions that authentically showcase our brand story.
    • Provide art direction and ensure all creative efforts align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Graphic Design and Brand Assets:
    • Oversee graphic design projects, ensuring all visual materials adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
    • Manage brand assets, including logos, typography, and color schemes, to maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy and Growth:
    • Develop and lead social media strategy across platforms, creating compelling content that drives engagement and fosters community.
    • Identify opportunities to expand our presence on emerging platforms, leveraging your creative copywriting skills and fashion industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, with a strong background in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling influencer programs and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing budgets for diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and ability to align creative direction with brand aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
