Edward Chan

Edward Chan is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at 1315 Capital since October 2016, Edward focuses on growth equity investments in specialty pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and healthcare services, managing over $1 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Edward was Vice President at NaviMed Capital from February 2012 to September 2016, specializing in healthcare buyouts and growth investments. Edward gained early experience as a Summer Research Analyst at SAC Capital and as an Associate in Siemens Venture Capital’s Medical Solutions Fund. Edward holds an MBA in Health Care Management and Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
