Katie Walker has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the education and non-profit sectors. As the Deputy Executive Director at the 14th Street Y, Katie is responsible for overseeing business functions and ensuring operational infrastructure supports the programmatic mission. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Katie has a strong background in program operations, administration, and managing staff. Prior to their current role, Katie held positions such as Library Manager at a NYC Public School, Site Director at Roads to Success and Wingspan Arts, and Owner of their own business. Their experience also includes coaching and managing high school athletics.
