The leadership team at 1508 has a history of creative and design experience, with many members having worked as designers at various companies before coming to 1508. Many on the team also have experience in user experience consulting, and have spoken at various conferences on the subject. The team is also well-educated, with many members holding degrees from notable institutions such as the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Gerrit Rietveld Academie, and the Roskilde University.
