Jennifer Altman

Jennifer Altman is an experienced professional in billing and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Billing & Operations at 15Five since June 2023. With a background at BoomTown, Jennifer advanced from Billing Specialist to Billing Team Manager, overseeing the transition to new billing software and developing best practices for a growing team. Jennifer also held roles at Gold's Gym as a Group Fitness Instructor with multiple Les Mills certifications and at Blackbaud as a Customer Finance Representative, where responsibilities included client billing inquiries and training new team members. Jennifer’s career began at Target as an Executive Team Leader. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Charleston Southern University.
