Erik Mallon

Erik Mallon has a diverse work experience in franchise development and sales. Erik started their career in 1996 as a Sales Representative at GE Medical Systems. Erik then worked at My Gym Children's Fitness Center, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Franchise Development & Area Developer and President of the International Division. During their time at My Gym, Erik successfully created and launched a profitable franchisee network in over 30 countries. Erik also traveled extensively and oversaw full-scale multi-site business operations.

In 2018, Erik joined Huntington Learning Centers as the Vice President of Franchise Development and later became the Director of Company Center Operations. Erik then worked at Nathan's Famous, Inc. as the Senior Director of Franchise Development in 2019.

In 2021, Erik joined ATC Healthcare as the VP of Franchise Development. Erik has a strong sales background and is skilled in generating new business and developing franchise accounts. Erik has extensive knowledge of franchise documentation, operations, and contract negotiations. Erik is able to deliver sales results with minimal supervision.

Erik Mallon has a Bachelor's degree in History from Connecticut College. Erik also attended Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study from there. In 2015, Erik Mallon obtained a certification as a Sommelier from The Sommelier Society of America.
