Bobby Johnson

Bobby Johnson has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leading and overseeing HR functions within various organizations. Bobby'smost recent role was as SVP of Human Resources at 174 Power Global, where they were responsible for the entire HR function. Prior to that, Bobby held positions at Brookfield Properties, Irvine Company, Eaton Corporation, ITT, Lending Tree, and Volt Services Group, where they gained extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Bobby Johnson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach between 2001 and 2003. In addition, Bobby has acquired various certifications related to coaching, facilitation, training, and human resources from institutions such as NeuroLeadership Institute, Mind Gym, BTS, InsideOut Development, Insights, Prosci, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
