Kimika Padilla

Kimika Padilla has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Kimika started working as a CONNECT Intern at LifeMoves in 2017, followed by an internship at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC) from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Team Coordinator at UChicago Program on the Global Environment. In 2020, they became an Energy Research Assistant at the University of Chicago. Kimika then joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst in their Sustainability Fellowship program from 2020 to 2022, and later as an Engagement Manager in the Sustainability Practice until 2023. Currently, they are the Corporate Strategy Director at 174 Power Global.

Kimika Padilla attended the University of Chicago from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and Environmental & Urban Studies.
