Thurston McCarty

Thurston McCarty is currently serving as an Associate Developer in Project Development at 174 Power Global since July 2025. Prior to this role, Thurston worked as a Senior Research Associate at National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. from January 2021 to August 2025. In the summer of 2019, Thurston gained experience as an intern in the Department of City Planning for the City of Atlanta. Educationally, Thurston is pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology (2024-2026) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University (2018-2020), as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from East Central Community College (2017-2018).
