Katherine Chen

Katherine Chen currently serves as the Consulting Director at 180 Degrees Consulting, a position held since September 2024, after previously contributing to the organization as a Project Manager and Associate Consultant. Katherine's experience includes an Executive Search Intern role at OSIsearch and an internship with Professional Women in Construction in New York. Additional notable positions include Executive Director of March For Our Lives Houston, where Katherine also held roles as Member and Social Media Manager. Katherine gained experience as an Accounting & Finance Co-op at ConocoPhillips and has served in various capacities, such as Office Assistant at the Law Offices of Chen and Student Fellow for the Local Elections in America Project at Rice University. Katherine is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Management at NYU Stern School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Bellaire High School.
