Mihika Chanchani

Mihika Chanchani has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to 2022. In 2010, they were a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore under the Director of the Center for Public Policy and IIM Bangalore, Rajeev Gowda. In 2013, they were an Intern at the Bangalore Political Action Committee (B.PAC) where they conducted research and coordination for B. PAC's 'Civil Services Incubator'. In 2014, they were an Associate Consultant at Meta-Culture where they managed corporate training services, co-facilitated programs, and assisted in curriculum development for training programs. In 2016, they were an India Field Intern at GlobalGiving where they were a M&E Consultant for GlobalGiving in South India (Karnataka and Tamil Nadu). In 2017, they were a Nepal Field Traveler at GlobalGiving where they conducted monitoring and evaluation for 30 local non-profits and provided training and workshops to existing and potential partner organisations. In 2018, they were a Research Consultant at Aperio Intelligence. In 2019, they were a Researcher at the Centre for Equity Studies, a Research Fellow at Karwan-e-Mohabbat, and a Project Manager for the Peoples Archive on Communal Violence, Lynching and Hate Crimes in India. In 2021, they were a Consultant at Sattva Consulting for the Sattva Knowledge Institute and Foundations Advisory. Finally, in 2022, they will be a Program Manager (Consultant) at GivingTuesday.

Mihika Chanchani's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Sciences Po from 2011 to 2014, an Erasmus Exchange Program from the University of Warwick from 2013 to 2014, a Chevening Award from 2017 to 2018, and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London from 2017 to 2018. Prior to Sciences Po, Mihika attended Mllya Aditi International School from 2009 to 2011 and Vidyashilp Academy until 2009.
