Nicole Anderson

Nicole Anderson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, venture building, and finance. As the CEO and Founder of Redsand Ventures since August 2013, Nicole has focused on investment in data infrastructure, crypto mining, energy, and FinTech across various regions including the UK, Europe, Africa, Silicon Valley, and the ASEAN corridor. In addition, Nicole serves as a Venture Partner at 1835i, supporting emerging FinTech ventures, and is the Founder and Non-Executive Director at Mauritius Africa FinTech Hub. With past roles including Chair of the Board at Metapraxis and Advisory Council member at OMFIF's Digital Monetary Institute, Nicole has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and strategic growth within the financial sector. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in IT from the University of the Witwatersrand and certificates in Economics of Money and Banking from Barnard College.
