As an Integrated Marketing Manager at 1871, you will oversee and execute our marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, ensuring a seamless integration of strategies to promote brand consistency and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital presence, manage campaign performance, and leverage analytics to drive marketing decisions and growth. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring strategic alignment with overall business goals
  • Use project management software such as Asana to task out campaign elements, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams including copywriters, video producers, social media specialists, and graphic designers to create compelling marketing materials
  • Oversee and synchronize cross-functional team activities to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and seamless execution
  • Efficiently organize, store, and manage marketing content across multiple platforms, ensuring easy access and systematic retrieval
  • Communicate effectively with marketing team members and cross-functional departments to convey deadlines, requirements, and expectations
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize future marketing strategies
  • Manage the integration of all marketing activities and ensure consistent brand message across all channels
  • Regularly report on campaign progress and outcomes, using data to inform adjustments and improvements
